Acne

 Acne is a common skin condition in teens and young adults.  It is characteristic of comedones that are often inflamed and have papules, pustules, modules, and ulcers that usually occur on the face, chest, and back.

 • Make a porridge and yogurt paste and apply the paste on your skin, focus on the affected areas and leave it until it dries on its own.

 • Then wash it with cold water and you can apply your favorite moisturizer or a favorable antiseptic cream.

 • Add one teaspoon of Epsom salt to your regular cleansing liquid face wash and massage it with liquid in areas where you have an acne problem.

 • Squeeze a few drops of pure coconut oil and apply on the necessary areas of the skin.

 • Squeeze a couple drops of pure coconut oil and apply it to the necessary areas of the skin.

 Mix the baking soda in clean water and apply it on your skin after cleaning the area with mild soap.

 Let the paste remain on the paste-infected areas for a while before you can wash it.

 Repeat the process regularly for a few days for effective acne relief.
